Sports and Cheating

By now everybody knows that New England got caught video taping the Jets signs. The person was taken out of the stadium and the film was taken by the league. Mr. Goodell fined them 750,000 dollars and if they make the playoffs, which they will, they will take their first round draft pick away. Everything I've read or watched has said that is horrible and how long have they been doing this. I think that everybody in every sport cheats in some way. In baseball players accuse other players of stealing signs all the time. I have stole signs before when I played baseball in high school it didn't help us we still could not hit the pitcher but we knew what was coming when we were in the batters box. I don't think it as big of a deal that everybody has made it out to be. I mean if you think that somebody is stealing your signs than change them to something different or similar signs so that the other team will not know your signs. I'm saying its OK to steal signs I'm just saying that it is not that big of a deal when all you have to do to fix the problem is change your signs or the color of the card that it is on. Plus its not going to help New England that week any way and by the time that they meet again the Jets most likely changed their signs any way which means that New England did all that work and it would not help them any way. I understand that the league had to do something because it just doesn't look good with the public when a team gets caught cheating.In the end its not that big of a deal if teams cheat just don't let people catch you doing the cheating.
